The project wants to study the IMMs from the region (counties SV and BT,Cernauti region), to choose a number of 40 eligible regions (with export potential and with the aspiration of being educated at top management level), wich to be educated on directions necesary to the export development.After the education, the firm will complete an diagnosis questionnaire at „export readiness” and it will be established maximal three directions where each firm needs supplementary assistance. The supplementary assistance will mean mentorat and coaching –for 6 months- by the experts from the project-each on his domain of competence.At the end, the beneficiary firms will be more capable for export and will understand the economic necesities of the firms from the other coutries –which will rise the economy of the area.
